Customer Service Officer (Branch Operations, Permanent), Singapore

Location: Tanjong Pagar, Asian Corporate Bank Responsibilities: Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to walk-in CORPORATE customers at the counter and respond to any enquiries promptly. Perform teller transactions in accordance with Bank rules and regulations, including: - Cash deposits and cash withdrawals - Fund transfers between account holders - Passbook updating and replacement - SGD and USD cheque deposits - House cheque transfers Process Fixed Deposit (FD) placements and FD interest payouts via cash and cheque. Perform Due Diligence checks for cash and cheque withdrawals. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization of all counter transactions. Batch teller vouchers and input transactions accurately into the core banking system. Ensure teller cash, currencies, and funding accounts are fully balanced at end of day. Remittance, process issuance of Demand Drafts and Cashier's Orders for customers and internal use.
