Cybersecurity Specialist ( IAM | SailPoint ), Singapore

We are hiring an IAM Engineer to support identity lifecycle management and access control operations within a structured and security-focused environment. What You'll Do Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning across systems and applications Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure secure and timely access Handle IAM-related service requests and resolve access issues Assist with periodic access reviews and certification exercises Maintain accurate documentation of access records and IAM procedures Work closely with IT and business stakeholders on access-related matters Support audit and compliance activities by providing reports and logs Participate in IAM tool configuration, testing, and implementation Ensure adherence to internal security policies and standards What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in IAM, IT operations, or access management roles Hands-on experience with SailPoint (e.g., IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) is required Understanding of identity lifecycle and access control principles Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Exposure to scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is advantageous Basic knowledge of integration methods (e.g., REST APIs, SCIM, web services) Exposure to cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS) is a plus Awareness of security and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines, ISO 27001, GDPR) Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills Apply Now To speed up your application, please include: Reasons for leaving Salary history Expected salary Notice period / availability Apply with your updated CV (Word format preferred).
