Logistics Operations Executive, Singapore

Job Responsibilities :- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (delivery & inventory). Handle DOs, incoming DOs & invoices, issuing of SCN, PO matching, and filing (physical & digital). Maintain customer, supplier, and transporter records. Support audit, ISO, safety, and compliance documentation. Coordinate office supplies and general admin matters. Plan and schedule daily deliveries and collections based on customer orders. Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and 3PL for delivery arrangements. Optimize route planning to reduce cost and improve delivery efficiency. Monitor delivery status, handle delays, and update customers accordingly. Prepare delivery schedules, loading plans, and supporting documents if required (eg, HT Certificate) . Communicate with customers on order confirmation, delivery schedules and urgent or ad-hoc requests . Coordinate between sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Handle basic customer complaints related to delivery or quantity discrepancies. Ensure deliveries comply with site safety rules. Support warehouse safety initiatives and audits. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS At least a Diploma in any field. Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel. Meticulous sense of responsibilities & follow up skills. Good interpersonal skills and be able to work in fast paced environment. Able to work independently with initiative and self-disciplined. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates. Able to communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
