Duty & Responsibilities
Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques Ensure knowledge of menu and products Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
