Developing and executing integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals Managing brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation Running digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms Driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation Optimizing conversion funnels and improving marketing ROI Managing content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media Tracking KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, and LTV Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams Managing agencies, budgets, and marketing performance reporting Qualifications (Must-have)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5–12+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or strategy roles Strong understanding of digital channels and campaign performance metrics Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage budgets and marketing ROI effectively Experience working in fast-paced, growth-driven environments Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Cloud Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), content platforms, and marketing automation systems Background in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, FMCG, or tech industries Experience in brand campaigns, product launches, or regional marketing strategies Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience running A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and funnel optimization Exposure to CRM-driven lifecycle marketing and segmentation strategies MBA or professional marketing certifications (CIM, Digital Marketing certifications) is a plus Experience leading regional or global marketing teams
