The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations across all Glow Food vegan concepts, ensuring operational efficiency, food quality, hygiene compliance, and excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare rice, bento side dishes, vegetables, and plant-based proteins.
Ensure accurate portioning and plating for bento sets.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organized workstations.
Practice FIFO and proper food storage standards.
Requirements Preferably with similar concept experience.
WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required).
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
