Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Manager, with flexibility for some work from home. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include, client onboarding, monitoring regulatory changes, managing compliance risk, implementing compliance programs, performing audits, and providing guidance on compliance-related issues. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
Qualifications Strong knowledge in regulatory compliance, risk management, and policy enforcement. Experience in audit procedures, monitoring and evaluating compliance programs. Ability to conduct thorough research and provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams. Proven skills in written and verbal communication, documentation, and report preparation. Proficiency in understanding crypto and financial systems is a strong advantage. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications like CAMS, CCEP, or similar are a plus.
