Key Responsibilities • Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA. • Perform production support for HR Lifecycle and Roled Based management to in-house IAM tools within SLA. • Support the preparations of data in preparations for production support and Audits • Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure. • Document and maintain operating procedures • Develop scripts to automate work
Requirements • 5 years of working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment • Scripting skills to develop scripts for automation (python script and/or power shell) • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST. • Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent • Experience in banking or financial services institutions
