Job Highlight Up to $4,200 Location: Changi Business Park Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm AWS and VB About the Role We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support planning, coordination, and procurement activities. This role focuses on ensuring smooth supply flow by aligning demand, production schedules, and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Planning &Scheduling Plan and coordinate production and delivery schedules to meet business andcustomer requirements Monitor demand and adjust schedules to ensure timely fulfilment Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions 2. Order &Supply Coordination Manage and track purchase orders from placement to delivery Confirm order quantities, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders 3. Procurement Execution Support procurement activities including sourcing coordination and suppliercommunication Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and deliverystandards Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures 4. Communication& Issue Resolution Act as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders Resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns Escalate critical issues and recommend practical solutions 5. Reporting &Process Improvement Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and planning adjustments Provide regular updates on supply and order status Identify opportunities to improve planning and procurement processes Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting,Economics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, procurement, or relatedroles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good coordination and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
