About the Role: ThinkDesign, Havas CX is seeking a talented

Copywriter (4 weeks)
based in Singapore to craft compelling, clear, and customer-focused copy and lead content strategy for the website of a client (insurance provider).

Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development Design a customer-centric content strategy that aligns with the client (insurance provider)'s brand voice and objectives. Map content to the customer journey, ensuring clarity and engagement at every touchpoint (awareness, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase). Define tone, style, and messaging guidelines for consistent communication across the website.
Website Content Creation Craft content that addresses customer pain points, builds trust, and enhances confidence in decision-making. Use storytelling techniques to make insurance offerings relatable and human-centric. Write clear, empathetic, and actionable copy for product pages, FAQs, and service descriptions. Simplify complex insurance terms into easy-to-understand language for diverse customer segments, incorporating dynamic content for different user profiles. Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and CX principles.
Collaboration and Alignment Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality content. Conduct market research to tailor content for Singapore's audience and cultural nuances. Align with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the insurance industry in Singapore.
Requirements: Proven experience as a
Copywriter , preferably within the
insurance domain
or financial services. Familiarity with
Singapore's local market
and consumer behaviour. Strong understanding of
insurance products , terminology, and customer needs. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to develop content strategies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
