Tender & Contracts Executive - Construction (2 year …, Singapore

Job Scope Coordinate and manage the full tender process including preparation of documentation, attending tender meetings, and handling clarifications and amendments. Oversee contract administration, including preparation of contract documents, progress payments, variation orders, and final account negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Support project cost control through budgeting, cash flow projections, financial reporting, and cost monitoring in collaboration with project managers and finance. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, contractors, Q/S) and participate in site meetings to ensure smooth execution and documentation of contractual matters.
Requirements At least 3 years of experience in civil works with strong background in Quantity Surveying or Contract Management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD. Has a relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
