Job Description: 1. Provide quality customer service support to customer over email and phone 2. Perform Sales Order Management for Customers 3. Download PO from Customer portal 4. Create Sales Order in Epicor system 5. Prepare POD for Customer Shipment 6. Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting 7. Ensure proper documentation records and filling 8. Download quotation for OEM parts and Raw Material 9. Download drawing and BOM from Customer website 10. Update price in Costing List 11. Quote management for customers Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing to ensure familiarity with sales order workflows Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work diligently Proficient in Excel functions including V-lookup, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas to analyze and organize data effectively
