Document controller cum Admin assistant, Singapore

Responsibilities Manage and maintain proper filing, tracking, and distribution of project and site documents Ensure all documents are updated, correctly version-controlled, and properly archived Coordinate with site team, consultants, and subcontractors on document submissions and approvals Maintain document registers, logs, and assist in preparation of site reports and presentations as and when required Provide administrative support to the site team (e.g. scheduling, coordination, meeting minutes) Handle site-related documentation such as invoices, purchase requests, delivery orders, and records Ensure compliance with project documentation procedures and requirements Any other duties to be assigned from time to time Pre-requisites N/O/ A level/ Diploma holder in business administration / construction management or other relevant disciplines Minimum 3 years of document control working experience in the construction industry Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to work independently and in a team Working Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided from designated pick-up points)
