Profile : Office Assistant
Contract Period : 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027
Working Hours
Personnel To Be Deployed As Per The Following
Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
Service not required for the months of June and December
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, June and December.
Scope of Work
The Services Required Are Set Out As Follows
Assist to answer phone calls when all other lines are busy Attend to students' minor injuries (eg. apply cold pack or plasters) Assist to attend to walk-in parents / contractors and re-direct them to
relevant staff for assistance
Adhoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders
Qualifications And Skills
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
3 GCE 'O' Level Passes or its equivalent Positive attitude, pleasant disposition with good communication and inter-personal skills Basic skills in MS Word and MS Excel Proficient in written and spoken English and one Mother Tongue language At least 2 years experience as a Office Assistant / Receptionist at the General Office front counter in a primary school in the past 5 years(i.e. between 2021 to 2025)
The Personnel should preferably stay in the vicinity of the school.
