Proposal Engineer (Construction / Geotechnical), Singapore

Responsibilities:
Support bid strategy, cost estimation, and risk assessment. Prepare tender documents, preliminary costing, and supporting materials. Assess technical queries and conduct site recce for project viability. Draft offer letters and bid submissions for management approval. Build customer relationships through active engagement. Create design plans, specifications, and 3D drawings for bids. Develop and deliver solution presentations.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering 1 year of experience in design or site work (Geotechnics preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and AutoCAD.
