SENIOR PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR NEEDED FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Singapore

Job Summary Manage construction projects by maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring site progress, and tracking financials to ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence. Responsibilities Maintain critical project records including Requests for Information (RFIs), contracts, permits, and change orders to ensure accurate documentation control. Coordinate the arrival of materials and equipment on-site and manage subcontractor schedules to optimize project logistics. Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, site workers, and the project manager to provide timely and accurate project information. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify work quality against blueprints, and enforce safety standards. Assist with budget management by tracking expenses, verifying invoices, and preparing financial progress reports to support financial tracking. Utilize construction management software such as Procore or Microsoft Project to track project milestones and documentation efficiently. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to confirm site work accuracy. Communicate technical requirements clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms to diverse project teams. Required competencies and certifications Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Microsoft Project.
