Responsibilities & Duties Site Preparation & Cleanup:
Cleaning hazards, setting up scaffolding, bracing, and erecting temporary structures. Material Handling:
Loading/unloading, transporting, and distributing building materials (e.g., bricks, concrete) using wheelbarrows or heavy machinery. Labour Assistance:
Mixing concrete, digging trenches, backfilling holes, and assisting carpenters or plumbers. Tool/Machine Operation:
Operating tools like jackhammers, drills, and grinders operating heavy equipment like forklifts or skid loaders. Safety Compliance:
Following OSHA guidelines, reporting incidents, and ensuring a safe, clean site. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) Job Requirements & Skills Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform heavy manual labor in all weather conditions, often for long hours. Experience & Knowledge:
