Architectural CAD Designer, Singapore

Position: Architectural Assistant / Architectural CADDesigner (Design & Build Projects) About Us We are a design-and-build firm specializing in landed houses and residentialrenovation projects. Unlike conventional contractors, we source and importunique building materials directly from overseas, offering homeownersdistinctive, high-quality solutions not commonly available in the local market.The business is also supported by our in-house construction and carpentryteams. Role Overview We are looking for an Architectural Assistant / CAD Designer to support ourdesign and project teams in preparing, updating, and coordinating architecturaldrawings for ongoing projects. This role is highly hands-on and suited for someone who isdetail-oriented, responsive, and able to translate design intent into clear,accurate technical drawings for both submission and construction. Key Responsibilities Prepare and update architectural CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations) Assist in design development and coordination with internal team Amend drawings based on site conditions, client requirements, and authority comments Coordinate with consultants (structural, M&E) where required Prepare drawings for submission (if applicable) and construction Maintain proper drawing records and version control Support project team with ad-hoc design and documentation tasks Requirements Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field Proficient in AutoCAD (required) Familiar with residential (landed / renovation) drawings preferred Knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage Able to work independently and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with good coordination skills Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with SketchUp / 3D visualization What We Are Looking For Someone practical, not overly theoretical Able to respond fast and make revisions efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment Takes ownership of drawings and accuracy Prior experience in design-and-build environment How to Apply Please send your resume and sample drawings/portfolio (if available).
