Business Development Manager (MNC) - RPAL, Singapore

Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Determine and recommend optimal logistics operating solutions tailored to customer requirements. Support project implementation and handover processes, and where necessary, take the lead in developing and executing cross-functional, value-added supply chain solutions. Manage sales leads, tenders, and RFQs in a timely and effective manner. Maintain regular communication with existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities. Lead the operations team in handling and resolving customer enquiries efficiently. Continuously monitor service standards and collaborate with operations teams to drive performance across all key areas, including lead times, complaint resolution, and escalation management. Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Perform any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by management. Requirements: Experience in contract logistics Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
