Description
Job Responsibilities: Prepare competitive freight quotations for air, sea (FCL/LCL), and land shipments based on customer requirements Work closely with operations, pricing team, and overseas agents to secure the most accurate and cost-effective rates Follow up actively on quotations, sales leads, and customer enquiries to support business growth Maintain and update customer profiles, sales records, and rate agreements in the system Handle day-to-day customer communication relating to quotations, shipment details, documentation, and service support Support onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth handover to operations Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, internal policies, and trade regulations Provide general sales and administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or related field At least 2 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry (sales support or customer service experience is highly preferred) Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), and Incoterms will be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Good coordination skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
