Assist in M & E services maintenance Supervision of contractors in additions and alterations Supervision of building maintenance works, cleaning services, security, landscape and pest control services Diploma in Engineering/ Building Management/ Building Services/ Real Estate Minimum 3 years of working experience in building services maintenance work Preferably a certified Fire Safety Manager Able to communicate with all levels Computer literate Service-oriented mindset Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage
