About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across digital channels — handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of care and professionalism. You will work closely with internal teams to manage support workflows, escalate complex cases, and contribute to a consistently positive customer experience.
What You'll Do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and digital messaging platforms within defined SLA timeframes Log, track, and manage support tickets through CRM or helpdesk systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution Identify recurring issues and escalate systemic problems to relevant internal teams with full case context Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support Contribute to the development and upkeep of internal knowledge base articles and customer-facing FAQs Support e-commerce-related queries including order status, payment issues, returns, refunds, and delivery follow-ups where applicable
What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach Prior experience in customer service, online support, or a related client-facing role Comfortable using digital support tools including ticketing systems, live chat platforms, and CRM software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple open cases simultaneously Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
