Full-Time Halal Butcher / Retail Sales (North Area) We are hiring a Full-Time Halal Butcher & Retail Sales Associate for our butchery shop in the North region . You will handle mutton meat preparation, serve customers, and drive shop sales. What You Will Do Meat Cutting : Cut, slice, and prepare mutton meat according to Halal standards. Serve Customers : Welcome shoppers, take meat orders, and recommend cuts. Drive Sales : Promote premium meat selections to meet daily shop targets. Hygiene & Safety : Keep the butcher station, tools, and cold room clean. Stock Control : Monitor meat freshness and keep displays well-stocked. What We Look For Commitment : Full-time role (6-day work week, includes weekends/holidays). Experience : 2+ years of meat cutting or Halal butchery experience. Skills : Safe knife handling and polite customer service skills. Language : Ability to speak with a diverse range of local customers.
