Social Media Manager – Startup, Singapore

This role is focused on launching and scaling the social media presence for a new men's grooming product. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of building brand awareness and engaging a targeted audience. The position is remote and requires a proactive, creative professional who can independently manage daily operations and drive measurable growth for a startup product in a competitive market.
Deliverables
Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy for the new product launch Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and campaign objectives Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and strategy
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in grooming, beauty, or lifestyle sectors Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn best practices and content formats Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences organically Excellent written and visual communication skills Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely Creative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends and viral content opportunities Availability to start promptly and commit to the project's timeline
