Center Executive (Hawker Division) Are you passionate about operations, people management, and creating a vibrant community space We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Center Executive to support the management of Yishun Park Hawker Centre. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing organization and play a key role in our expansion plans. Candidates from hospitality, F&B, retail, facilities management, property management, or other operations-related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibility . Support the Centre Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hawker centre. . Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, tenant relations, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. . Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs. . Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs and follow up on rectification works. . Build strong relationships with stall tenants and provide timely operational support. . Work closely with government agencies, landlords, contractors, and third-party service providers. . Investigate and resolve operational issues, tenant feedback, and customer concerns efficiently. . Execute marketing, promotional, and community engagement activities to drive footfall and enhance the centre's vibrancy. . Monitor operational KPIs and support initiatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction. . Assist in implementing new operational processes and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements . Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification Diploma holders and above will have an advantage. . At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, property management, retail, hospitality, or F&B. . Experience managing or liaising with tenants, stallholders, vendors, or business operators will be highly advantageous. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking tenants and stakeholders. . Resourceful, independent, and able to solve problems effectively. . Good leadership skills with a positive, hands-on attitude. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
