Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining desktop computers and IT infrastructure, and managing help desk operations. The role also involves proactively monitoring systems, ensuring smooth IT functionality, and collaborating with team members to resolve hardware and software challenges efficiently.
Qualifications Strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support services Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Knowledge and experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work cooperatively in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant certifications in IT support or system administration (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are highly desirable
