focused on eldercare Role: Personal Relationship Manager (i.e. PRM) Work from Anywhere | Flexible Hours | High Income Potential Join us as a Personal Relationship Manager and play a key role in connecting families with trained caregivers who can support their elderly loved ones. This is a
people-first, purpose-driven role
that blends sales, advisory, and relationship management. You will guide families through one of the most important decisions in their lives-choosing the right caregiver. With consistent effort, consultants can achieve
monthly earnings of $5,000 to $12,500+ , by closing 2-5 cases per week. What You'll Do 1. Be the First Point of Trust Respond to enquiries from families seeking care for elderly loved ones, and guide them through a questionnaire to find out their care needs Understand their needs with empathy, patience, and attention to detail Provide clear, thoughtful guidance on caregiving solutions 2. Build Meaningful Relationships Support families through emotional and sometimes stressful situations Maintain consistent, professional, and compassionate communication Follow up regularly to ensure a smooth and reassuring experience 3. Recommend the Right Caregiver Gather detailed care requirements (medical needs, profile, mobility, personality fit, etc.) Work closely with the Matching Team to identify suitable caregivers Support interviews and guide clients toward confident decisions 4. Ensure Smooth Onboarding Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deployment Keep clients updated throughout the process Set realistic expectations for caregiver adjustment and integration 5.
