Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and web platforms with strategic intent and creative flair Create high-quality, engaging content including captions, emailers, blog posts, and website copy tailored to target audiences Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn with consistency and brand alignment Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics daily, translating data into clear insights and actionable optimisation strategies Coordinate paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing budgets and tracking return on investment Support SEO and SEM efforts to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across all digital platforms Conduct market research and monitor competitor digital activities to keep campaigns innovative and ahead of industry trends Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce polished, on-brand digital marketing assets Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic content publishing across all channels Prepare comprehensive digital performance reports with clear recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and reach Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Strong passion for digital marketing, content creation, and staying ahead of emerging platform trends Familiar with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management systems Creative, analytical, and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
