Company Overview Cheng Hong Welfare Service Society is a charitable organization in Singapore providing pro bono Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments and free medications to disadvantaged and elderly communities through multiple clinics island-wide. Job Summary Lead and manage TCM clinical operations to deliver effective patient care and ensure compliance with local regulations, while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the organization. Responsibilities Apply clinical expertise to deliver safe and effective TCM treatments aligned with established practices and principles Ensure compliance with Singapore's TCM regulatory requirements to maintain licensure and operational standards Utilize operational tools and software to efficiently manage clinical schedules, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement Lead and coordinate clinical teams to optimize patient care delivery and operational workflows Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency within the healthcare or wellness setting Communicate effectively with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support organizational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Master of Medicine (TCM) or Master of Science in Chinese Medicine (MSCMed) preferred Registered TCM Practitioner with Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (Singapore) with at least 5 years of clinical experience Familiarity with local regulations governing TCM practice in Singapore Proven experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide teams and projects Ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas to improve clinical and operational outcomes
