No experience required - Fresh Grad welcome to apply Become a Junior Customer Service and Office support at RTA Ship Services Pte Ltd, a leading provider of shipping services. In this full-time position based in the Tuas, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales enquiries and order process internally. What you'll be doing Maintaining and Directing daily email within the team internally effectively.
Updating inventories records and assisting with the local purchases.
Obtaining offer from supplier and assisting to complete customer quotation
Assisting to upload sales enquiries in system and keeping track of the quotation status.
Assisting with the order processing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
What we're looking for Proficient in using basic office software applications, such as Microsoft Office.
A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt.
No experience required and fresh grad is welcome, training will be provided.
