Manage patient registration and appointment coordination Handle queue ticket issuance and patient record administration Attend to billing enquiries and cashiering duties Schedule follow-up appointments and provide guidance on required tests or investigations Prepare and maintain clinic administrative reports Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments regarding patient-related matters Assist with front counter operations and end-of-day closing duties Requirements
