Logistics Coordinator, Singapore

Key Responsibilities: Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and hauliers via email and phone to coordinate shipmentactivities. Coordinate, arrange and monitor the daily job scope and workflow for cargo and container movements. Create and update new job entries using Excel and system. Receive, check, and handle cargo arriving at the warehouse. Ensure cargo handling and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Support the operations team with general coordination of warehouse activities. Other ad hoc duties/projects as assign by immediate supervisor.
Requirements: 1 - 2 years of experience in logistics field Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Good communication skills for coordinating with customers and logistics partners. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Required to lift, move and carry heavy items. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
