Construction Manager, Singapore

Job Description Responsible for on-site construction execution, managing and directing construction activities to ensure safe, timely completion within budget and quality standards. Develop the project construction execution plan. Based on the construction execution plan, develop detailed execution plans for each trade in coordination with the respective site supervisors. Monitor construction progress and coordinate the sequencing of trades. Participate in and chair trade progress meetings and interface coordination meetings. Prepare construction execution progress reports. Requirements Diploma in Engineering is mandatory Minimum 15 years' construction management experience in international EPC projects, including proven experience managing construction of high‑tech facilities, power plant, petrochemical plant or other advanced manufacturing plants is must Cross-cultural management experience in global EPC projects Excellent communication, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
