Responsibilities
Market fixed income sales securities to institutional clients in both primary and secondary markets Ensure proper account booking and timely settlement of new issues and secondary trades; coordinate billing with other banks for new issuance Perform due diligence and CSFA analysis, set up counter-party trading limits, and on-board new clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with the trading and research teams to provide market insights and investment recommendations to clients Actively monitor market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities Contribute to the team's overall sales strategy and revenue generation efforts
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in fixed income sales or a similar role within the financial services industry Strong understanding of fixed income products, market dynamics, and investment strategies Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, and generating sales Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts Proficient in using financial analysis tools and systems to support investment decision-making Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing market conditions Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
