Job Summary The Insurance Broker will leverage extensive property, casualty and financial lines insurance expertise to negotiate optimal coverage, build client relationships, and deliver tailored reinsurance solutions within a dynamic brokerage environment. Criteria Apply over 5 years of professional experience to manage casualty and financial lines insurance portfolios effectively Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of property, casualty and financial insurance products by accurately interpreting coverages, terms, conditions, and exclusions to advise clients Utilize strong underwriting principles and risk assessment skills to evaluate client policies and ensure appropriate risk management Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal coverage and competitive pricing aligned with client needs Communicate clearly and build strong interpersonal relationships to maintain and grow client accounts Analyze client requirements and develop customized insurance solutions to address specific risks and exposures Ensure meticulous attention to detail in preparing and reviewing policy documentation and managing claims processes Operate insurance software and systems proficiently to maintain client data integrity and generate accurate reports Preferred competencies and qualifications Hold industry certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Possess experience across diverse industries to enhance understanding of varied risk profiles Demonstrate a proven track record of client retention and successful new business development Exhibit the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Other Information Location: 2 Central Boulevard #08-03A IOI Central Boulevard Towers 018916 Salary: $8,000 - $11,000 monthly Work Type: Full-time Reporting to: Chief Broking Officer
