Fund Finance Manager, Venture Capital Fund, Singapore

Our client is a regional venture capital firm investing in digital asset industry and they have a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Finance Manager. This role is based in Singapore. Key responsibilities: Work with other team members to cover fund accounting and operations Prepare and review fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee etc Liaise with external vendors such as fund administrators, auditors etc Monitor cash flow such as investment payments and expense, treasury tasks etc Prepare and manage financial statements, financial data from portfolio companies Monitor portfolio companies and valuations Prepare and review investor reports Coordinate audit, tax reporting processes.
