Product Manager, Underwriting & Brokerage PMO – Insurance, Singapore

Job Description
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and regulatory standards Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to identify gaps, drive product iterations, and enhance user experience Proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, escalate risks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track Continuously review and optimize product delivery processes, adopting new technologies and tools to improve automation and efficiency Overall, lead end-to-end project management of new insurance product launches, including ideation, approvals, development, legal processes, rollout, and post-launch enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry Proficient in project management and good stakeholder management skills Good understanding of the Southeast Asian insurance market, insurance products and business processes. Good sense of new technology for insurance and internet insurance Ability to clearly identify cross-functional dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions Self-driven team player who can demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and deliver results under pressure
