Secretary to Snr Management Office, Singapore

(What the role is)
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Office, ensuring smooth operations and coordination of governance-related activities.
(What you will be working on)
Executive Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel. Handle first level enquiries from public, colleagues, students and parents. Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
Office Management
Oversee the office space for the Senior Management team, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness of equipment and facilities. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment, including asset management and budgets. Works as a team with other Secretaries and cover each other's duties when required.
Events & Administrative Support
Assist in organizing Senior Management related events (e.g. lunches & visits). Support claims and asset-related matters for the Senior Management team. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Manage administrative load and delegate tasks as needed.
(What we are looking for)
Prior experience in secretarial or administrative support roles is preferred. Strong organizational, time-management skills and stakeholder management skills. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
