Company Overview We are a brand owner, distributor, and wholesaler specializing in baby and kids products, including maternity items, nursing products, sleepwear, and baby gear. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support retail channels, promotional events, product displays, stock management, and sales performance with strong in-store execution and effective retail communication. Responsibilities Set up and maintain atrium promotions, events, roadshows, and retail site displays using visual merchandising, posters, POS materials, and marketing collaterals to attract customers Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stocktake at retail counters and warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels and healthy stock movement Monitor inventory by applying FIFO arrangement, assessing replenishment needs, verifying pricing accuracy, and ensuring product availability at retail counters Build and maintain strong working relationships with floor staff, promoters, retail partners, and internal teams to support smooth retail operations Review product range and display performance by analyzing sales data and propose improvements or product replacements to optimize sales Support promotional planning by suggesting promotion mechanics, bundle deals, display ideas, and trade activities to increase sales Provide basic product training and launch updates to floor staff for new products or campaigns to enhance product knowledge and customer service Gather market information on competitor activities, product trends, pricing, promotions, and store ranking feedback to inform retail strategies Assist in preparing retail orders, stock allocation, and completing sales-related administrative tasks accurately and on time Support ad-hoc retail activities, marketing campaigns, events, and operational duties as assigned to meet business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in merchandising Basic knowledge of stock control, sales reports, and retail operations Basic computer skills Retail merchandising experience Stock and inventory control skills Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
