CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER, Singapore

We are seeking a highly responsible and hands-on
Cleaning Operations Manager
to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, including condominiums, commercial properties, and F&B establishments. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing manpower effectively while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise cleaning operations across assigned sites Plan and deploy manpower, including scheduling and rostering Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality Liaise with clients and handle feedback professionally Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and safety standards Ensure compliance with NEA regulations and company SOPs Handle manpower shortages and arrange replacements when required Monitor inventory of cleaning equipment and consumables Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience in cleaning or facilities management Strong leadership and manpower management skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Able to work independently and under pressure Familiar with condominium / commercial cleaning operations preferred
Special Requirement (Important)
Must be able to commit to working on Sundays and Public Holidays Weekday off will be provided in lieu
