We are hiring an experienced Chef de Partie to join an established restaurant group in Singapore. If you are passionate about Thai cuisine, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and have strong leadership skills, we welcome your application. Salary:
Up to $4,000 Working Days:
6 Days Work Week Location:
Singapore Responsibilities
Supervise and guide cooks in the section to ensure timely preparation of quality dishes Prepare and cook menu items according to operational standards and recipes Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Monitor food quality before serving to customers Manage inventory, food ordering, and stock control Minimise food wastage and maintain cost control Assist in maintaining kitchen operations and smooth workflow Support other kitchen sections when required Requirements
Certificate in Culinary Programme or relevant culinary qualification preferred Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant cooking experience Experience in Thai cuisine will be an advantage Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong sense of taste, presentation, and food quality Leadership and supervisory skills preferred Interested applicants may apply with your updated resume.
