Job Description: Handle ingredient preparation by slicing, dicing, blending, and making sauces. Accurately measure ingredients based on recipe requirements. Portion, cut, and store food items appropriately. Cook and prepare meals according to set recipes and quality standards. Keep the kitchen clean, orderly, and hygienic at all times. Ensure proper storage of all food products and supplies. Track inventory levels and request restocking of food and supplies as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of cook experience in hotel industry.
