Executive / Senior Executive, Procurement, Singapore

The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement & Travel Division. As an Executive / Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of goods and services in alignment with business objectives and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and vendor management, in compliance with established policies and procedures. Provide system support to internal users and external suppliers, ensuring smooth procurement operations. Participate in procurement-related assignments and cross-functional projects as assigned.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant procurement experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in procurement and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Sound understanding of procurement strategy, category management, and risk management principles. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve procurement issues effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines. Proactive and organized, with the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging stakeholders across various levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience in SAP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA and Ariba, is an advantage. A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
