Communications & Engagement Manager (Campaigns & Research), Singapore

What The Role Is
As a member of HDB's Strategic Communications & Engagement Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the development and implementation of communications strategies to support our mission of housing a nation. You will develop compelling marketing communications and content strategies to promote understanding of HDB's programmes and initiatives, including positioning and marketing of HDB as an employer of choice amongst target industries.
What You Will Be Working On
Depending on your experience and suitability, you will be involved in one or more of the following:
Plan and execute marketing communications campaigns to drive appreciation of HDB's work and amplify HDB's messages Research and analyse HDB's communications and public sentiments to guide development of campaigns, marketing communications and engagement efforts Develop and manage HDB's websites and digital platforms to uplift HDB's employer brand image, maintaining brand authenticity while pushing creative boundaries
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a communications professional with a strong background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field who can strategise, develop and deliver marketing communications campaigns across multiple platforms You should possess an excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must have a keen interest in current affairs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates with prior experience in narrative framing, creative strategy and concept development, digital marketing and/or market research for recruitment campaigns will have a strong advantage.
