AI Researcher, Singapore

This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end implementation of AI tools within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Art, Game Design, and Operations—to resolve AI-related challenges and drive effective adoption. You will also support the integration of AI features into games to enhance overall player experience.
What You'll Do: 1. Prompt Design and Optimisation Develop high-quality and effective prompt templates tailored to various game development needs. Continuously refine and optimise prompts based on actual output performance to ensure relevance, accuracy, and usability. 2. Local AI Workflow Deployment and Optimisation Independently set up and deploy localised AI workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing development pipelines. Improve accessibility and usability of AI tools across teams. Monitor implementation outcomes, gather user feedback, and iteratively enhance workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve practical issues encountered during usage. 3. AI Integration into Game Content Support the implementation of AI-driven features within games, such as digital characters and AI assistants. Enhance player engagement and experience through effective AI integration.
What We're Looking For: Familiarity with a range of mainstream generative AI tools (e.g. image, text, and code generation tools). Experience in local model deployment and debugging will be an advantage. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, with the ability to design and optimise prompts for specific use cases; practical project experience preferred. Basic knowledge of workflow design, with the ability to independently deploy, debug, and troubleshoot local AI workflows. Prior exposure to game development processes is a plus. Candidates with a strong interest in AI and willingness to grow within the gaming industry are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills in English, with working proficiency in Mandarin preferred to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders from China.
