Profile
Experienced retailer or manager with at least 8 years' experience, with a strong sense of customer service Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, client behaviour, and competitive landscape. Proactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate large, diverse teams to drive exceptional performance. Strong business acumen, with expertise in operational management, clienteling strategies, and financial oversight. Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and make strategic decisions that align with global objectives. Strong communication, social and networking skills.
