Customer Service Officer (3PL, Freight Forwarding), Singapore

Job Description: Respond to customer inquiries and handle shipment bookings Coordinate space reservations and monitor booking status Work closely with the Import/Export Department to ensure smooth execution of all shipments Prepare and send pre-alert notifications to relevant stations before shipment arrival and departure Review incoming and outgoing shipment details daily and keep customers updated with the latest information Ensure customer special requests or handling instructions are properly followed Communicate effectively with all relevant parties, demonstrating diplomacy and negotiation skills Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper workplace housekeeping Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers
Requirements: Diploma in Logistics Management or any related fields. Minimum 1 years of experience as Customer Service. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
