The Opportunity:
We are looking Assistant Manager (CFO Office) to join us.
Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders and prepare proposals for pilot initiatives. Perform analysis for special projects to support management in decision making. Review department purchase/ unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests and ensure compliance of to the policies and procedures. Co-ordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycle. Review workflows and identify gaps/ potential in processes and propose appropriate rectifications. Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems. Any other relevant tasks as assigned.
Requirements
A good tertiary degree. Minimum 2 - 5 years preferably in of related experience in Finance, Healthcare Management or Strategic Planning. Flexibility, agility and ability to handle situations with an eye for details. Strong written and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and possess data extraction and mining capabilities.
