Job Summary Join PHOENIX KITCHEN as a Full-Time Stall Assistant to support daily stall operations by taking orders, preparing and serving food, maintaining hygiene, and delivering excellent customer service in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Take customer orders accurately and handle cashier transactions to ensure smooth sales operations Pack and serve food promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and stall efficiency Assist in simple food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations Wash utensils and maintain cleanliness to uphold hygiene standards Refill stock and supplies to ensure continuous availability of ingredients and materials Maintain good hygiene practices and deliver friendly customer service to enhance customer experience Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate to comply with food safety regulations Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in food and beverage service to contribute effectively to stall operations Positive attitude and willingness to learn for continuous improvement Responsible and punctual work ethic to support reliable stall functioning Other Information Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour break) Saturday off Sunday rest day Salary & Benefits: Gross Salary: S$2,200/month (44 hours weekly) Overtime Pay: S$17.30/hour (for weekly hours above 44) Public Holiday Pay applicable Pro-rated Annual Leave after 3 months probation Medical Leave entitlement after 3 months probation CPF contribution applicable Staff meal may be provided Recruitment: Apply via SG Career Portal
