Job Responsibilities
Production Support
Provide day-to-day engineering support for wafer dicing operations. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap. Ensure stable process performance across multiple product lines. Yield & Quality Improvement
Monitor and analyze yield data, defect trends, and process metrics. Implement corrective actions to reduce chipping, micro-cracks, and particle contamination. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance wafer singulation quality and reliability. Process Control & Documentation
Maintain and update process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Apply SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis to sustain process robustness. Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards and customer requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve issues quickly. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring smooth transition into mass production. Participate in customer audits and provide technical input on dicing processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field. Hands-on experience with SPC, DOE, and yield improvement methodologies Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
